A GORGEOUS NEW CLUBHOUSE

Clear Creek is excited to announce the debut of our new clubhouse. Conceived by Hart Howerton, the renowned architects of Auberge Resorts and Four Seasons among other high-end resorts and hotels, our new clubhouse is a defining community amenity. It overlooks the 18th fairway of our Coore + Crenshaw’s golf course and is worthy of its magnificent natural setting — enjoying grand vistas of the mountains, Jack’s Valley, and the dramatic rock outcroppings above. This is a place to gather and celebrate life in the mountains — healthy, vibrant, and neighborly — and provides a legacy environment for all our members.

The architecture echoes the comfortably casual environment of our Julia Morgan-designed Twin Pines Lake & Ski House, as well as that of our members’ homes. Within the roughly 20,000-square-foot, two-story building are inviting spaces for active pursuits — movement classes, fitness and instruction, a luxurious spa, and inspired wellness programs. Of course, there are great spaces for wining, dining and lounging indoors and out, with fire pits and an expansive patio for relaxing and taking in the view.

Highlights of the new clubhouse include:
  • A stone hearth and fireplace —the ideal spot for to warm up
  • Outdoor dining areas, complete with a fire pit and stunning views
  • Terraces for lounging that overlook our beautiful golf course with dramatic rock outcroppings in the background
  • A welcoming dining room complete with fireplace and vaulted windows that overlooks the 18th green and the Event Lawn
  • A pub and lounge just off the dining room for light snacks, cocktails, and that all-important recap of the day’s golf game
  • Fitness room with the latest cardio equipment and weights, a movement studio, a spin studio, and a refreshment station
  • Locker rooms thoughtfully designed around gathering and socializing, with generous wet areas and steam rooms
  • Single and couples’ treatment rooms for massage and other body work
