As a seasoned Human Resources professional, Lorraine has over 30 years of well-rounded experience working for organizations in the healthcare and hospitality industries. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for PHR Management, Inc., overseeing their California properties, and held this position until their Tahoe property sold in 2021. She remained on during the hotel’s transition before coming to Clear Creek. Her experience includes a focus on organizational development and employee engagement. Lorraine strives to promote a positive culture of continuous opportunity and to make an impact on an organization’s most valuable asset, its people. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking for friends and family, going on long hikes or runs on one of the beautiful trails in Tahoe, and she is known for making a mean Basil Gimlet.
