Clear Creek Members: 9 am - 11 am, General Public: 11:30 am

Homesite # 145  /  0.90 acres

At the corner of Golf Club Drive and East Fork is a homesite measuring just under an acre. Very level (think easy construction), a trail access is just across the street, as are peeks of the golf course. The building envelope covers almost the entire site, affording many opportunities to site a residence.

Homesite # 146  /  1.00 acres

As East Fork turns to meet Redding Way is a full acre site with an expansive building envelope. The topography, especially along the Redding frontage is quite level, making access easy. As the remaining land slopes up and away from a potential homesite, the setting becomes especially private.

HOMESITE # 148  /  1.20 acres

Very large, exceptionally flat. A great combination made even better with the addition of scenic mountain views to the Sierra Crest. Heavily wooded and dappled with light, this is a canvas for a significant residence set in a truly peaceful part of the western edge of Clear Creek.

HOMESITE # 159  /  0.81 acres

Home to absolute privacy, this large site borders the entire Sierra Range – this is a rare and remarkable homesite set on a quiet cul-de-sac. A home here will be elevated above the roadway with long views of the Carson Range.

HOMESITE # 160  /  0.66 acres

Backing to nearly endless, forever-protected open space and set on a very quiet cul-de-sac, this is a homesite that promises ultimate privacy. The drive will ascend from Meeks Court to an elevated building plane – a dramatic, sunny setting with incredible views.

HOMESITE # 161  /  0.84 acres

Rising quickly from East Fork is a spacious site to be crowned by a residence that will enjoy not only remarkable privacy, but a dramatic setting with long views to the east. To the west, Duane Bliss peak and the Sierra Crest form an impressive panorama.

HOMESITE # 165  /  0.85 acres

Few mountain residences with rich amenities are as private as this homesite. The land is unbounded by other homesites, with thousands of acres of open space rising to the Sierra Crest. Light filled, this elevated site above the cul-de-sac deserves special attention.

HOMESITE # 167  /  2.50 acres

One of the most private and dramatic homesites at Clear Creek, these 2.5 acres border the endless open space of the Sierra Crest wilderness. The property rises dramatically from the end of the East Fork cul de sac to a sunny crest. This is a setting for a grand residence with absolute privacy, and yet all the amenities of a vibrant community.

Homesite # 169  /  0.94 acres

A most interesting triangular site set below the East Fork cul-de-sac. Sunny. The Sierra Crest rises to the west, forests give way to long eastern views. Surrounded by protected open spaces and large adjoining sites, all with dramatic topography, this is a property with enormous potential for an impressive mountain estate.

Homesite # 170  /  1.00 acres

Nestled along East Fork at the western fringe of Clear Creek is a sunny site with big mountain views. The property slopes down from the road, providing a nestled feel as the terrain flattens to the north. It’s a nice topography all across the nearly square site here, and it is exceptionally private as well.

Homesite # 386  /  0.80 acres

The rear decks and entertaining spaces at this residence will look up to the soaring Duane Bliss peak in the Sierra Crest. This is a comfortably spacious site with accommodating topography and a large building envelope. It is very private back here on the protected western fringes of Clear Creek.

Homesite # 387  /  1.78 acres

This nearly two-acre homesite is one of several adjoining sites that are also quite large, suggesting this will be a neighborhood of significant estate homes. On this, one of Clear Creek’s most impressive properties, lightly forested, sunny, with a benign topography, is a wonderful opportunity to create a family legacy.
