Our vision is a simple one – bringing together physical amenities that create a stage for a magnificent life experience. Importantly, we’ve departed from the ‘build it and they will come’ mentality. We are fully capitalized and on track to complete our entire amenity set. Our Julia Morgan Lake & Ski House is an authentic and priceless asset for all our members. On the mountain, our acclaimed golf course is fully mature and playing beautifully. The community infrastructure is substantially complete, and later this summer we’ll break ground on a new clubhouse and family ‘camp.’ We promise that Clear Creek will be a very special place for families and friends to gather.
First and foremost, we are a community, thoughtfully crafted to be timeless by design, with a passion for preservation, and importantly, sustainable – environmentally and economically.
Mayacama, The Yellowstone Club, Kukio, Santa Lucia Preserve. The master planners of these legendary places are not only architects of inspiring spaces but of experiences – creating destinations where members enjoy an authentic, understated lifestyle mindfully crafted to celebrate the history, culture and nature of the place. Clear Creek Tahoe will be the newest addition to a community portfolio that is among the most acclaimed in the world.
Be active. Be Well.
Be healthy. Be happy.
Clear Creek is a totally moving experience. That is, it’s for people who organize their days around tee times, when the lifts open, when the fish are biting or when the lake is smoothest for skiing. Sure, there’s downtime, but it’s for recounting the day’s adventures. To this end, from our wellness center to the practice range, from the courts to the Twin Pines Lake and Ski House, and from trails for biking, hiking and skiing, you’ll find our guides there to help with your gear, with insider tips, a picnic lunch and whatever it takes to keep you on the go.
Life is a moving experience
At Clear Creek buzzwords meet reality with facilities and a training team that take fitness from the gym into the great outdoors. For example, how an improved range of motion helps the backswing; how to rehab before or after joint replacement; and which trails and distances are best to speed recovery. Next up, integrating foods to fuel the active lifestyle so that by energizing the body, we stir the soul. And because therapy can be both rejuvenating and relaxing, five luxurious spa suites await.
Lake and Ski House
We’re writing a new chapter on Lake Tahoe at Twin Pines, our private members’ retreat on the lake. With miles of beach and a historic Julia Morgan lodge built in 1936 and lovingly preserved, it’s an amenity without peer – unless you consider a long deep water pier and buoy for summer boating. In winter, we turn the entire compound over to be our base camp for skiing at Heavenly – your boots are warm and waiting in the morning, your beverage warm and waiting for après ski.
Our new American Bistro concept extends from the mountain to the lake, and everywhere offers creative new approaches to the classics. Whether it’s a grab and go lunch for the trail, a picnic on the beach, an energizing lunch at the turn or sunset dinner with 50-mile views all the way to the Sweetwater Mountains, you’ll only be hungry for more.
