Our vision is a simple one – bringing together physical amenities that create a stage for a magnificent life experience. Our nationally acclaimed Coore & Crenshaw golf course is fully mature and playing beautifully. Our Twin Pines Lake & Ski House is unmatched and welcomes members year-round. It’s right on the lake, and for skiing, just four blocks from the lifts. Overnight guest cottages and a lively pub are complete, and this summer we’ll open Summit Camp, our new family campus. Clear Creek welcomed its first property owners early in 2017 and is fast becoming the special place we envisioned – an authentic Tahoe destination for families and friends to gather now and for years to come.
The place to be this summer
Long glorious summer days at Clear Creek will invariably include Summit Camp, our new family campus. Set high on a rise with a dramatic 360° panorama, Summit Camp is the social heart of the community. Here are pools for sunning and swimming, bocce, fire pits and games for kids of every age. There’s a water slide through the pines that is in a world of its own – crafted from massive 100-year-old timbers reclaimed from the adjoining Schneider Ranch.
Be active. Be healthy.
Be well. Be happy.
Clear Creek is a totally moving experience. That is, it’s for people who organize their days around taking full advantage of everything Tahoe has to offer. Sure, there’s downtime, but it’s for recounting the day’s adventures. To this end, course to the courts and to the endless trails for hiking, biking and skiing, you’ll find everywhere at Clear Creek and Tahoe beckons the adventuresome spirit.
Lake and Ski House
We’re writing a new chapter on Lake Tahoe at Twin Pines, our private members’ retreat on the lake. With miles of beach and a historic and lovingly preserved Julia Morgan home built in 1936, it’s an amenity without peer and includes a long deep water pier and buoys for summer boating. In winter, Twin Pines becomes our base camp for skiing at Heavenly – your boots are warm and waiting in the morning, your beverage warm and waiting for après ski.
Our new American Bistro concept extends from the mountain to the lake, offering creative new approaches to the classics. Whether it’s a grab and go lunch for the trail, a picnic on the beach, an energizing lunch at the turn or sunset dinner with 50-mile views all the way to Yosemite, you’ll only be hungry for more.
